Deposits serve as a commitment to secure an appointment time and constitute a contractual agreement to attend the scheduled appointment. These deposits are deemed non-refundable, and failure to provide notice or a 'no call/no show' scenario results in the mandatory forfeiture of the deposited amount. Requests for rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice to retain the deposit for the rescheduled appointment.
