Simply call us at 608.249.7352 fill out form or stop by during office hours to schedule an appointment with an artist of your choice. Bring in any reference images for your custom art to your consultation appointment. The artist will discuss your ideas and provide a time and price range. 

• Schedule a Tattoo Appointment

Once the artist has met with you at your consultation appointment, the next step is to book an appointment to get your tattoo. Tattoos are mainly by appointment at Ultimate Arts. All tattoo appointments require a deposit, which will be applied to the price of the tattoo.

• Get your tattoo

At your appointment the artist should have art ready for you. After you have agreed to the artwork and the artist has made any last minute changes to the tattoo design they will create a stencil of the tattoo. They will place the stencil on the desired tattoo location to ensure the placement and size of the art is perfect before they even start the process. Stencils can be placed several times if needed to get the perfect placement. Some tattoos are drawn directly on the skin making the moving of the art more difficult. Please communicate with your artist, it is never a bother to tell us what you like and don't like. Communication during the entire process is very important.  Please don't forget to present your deposit slip when you pay for your tattoo.

Each artist is different and books out differently. Planing ahead is always best. Some of our artists will only book out 2-3 months at a time and close the books until they can open another month. Depending on how many multi-sitting tattoos are planned for a month can drastically limit the amount of new slots we can offer per artist. Some of our artists are able to do things on the quick, some slower, style and art type can cause many variables.
